Bella Vista is a very private elevated apartment located in Mollymook.

It is a spacious family friendly 3-bedroom ensuite apartment with a dedicated parking space and all the comforts of home but with beautiful ocean vistas.

The living area is open plan living with a large kitchen with new appliances, a roomy 6 seater dining table and huge lounge with chaise for comfort when watching the 75 inch Samsung smart TV. Wi-fi makes work from home easy.

The entertainers kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for 3, a full-size double drawer dishwasher and Westinghouse induction cooktop and electric oven. All cookware, tableware and drinkware is provided including airfryer and smeg kettle and toaster.

The main ensuite bedroom offers a stylish king bed with large windows framing the sea view and built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom features a queen bed with built-inwardrobe and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed with double and single beds.
